Priority Brand Identity
Priority is a payments technology company powering everything from merchant services to payables and banking. After years of rapid growth and acquisition, the brand had become a house of brands: fragmented, inconsistent, and often confusing. To match the sophistication of its technology, Priority needed a unified identity—one that could bring its expanding suite of solutions under a single, powerful story.
I shaped that story around the idea of the “Commerce Engine.” Instead of a patchwork of services, Priority would stand as the engine driving modern business transactions.
As Creative Director of Copy, I led the development of this new identity, from brand voice and messaging architecture to website copy and launch headlines. The goal: clarity and momentum. Priority needed to simplify a complex offering while projecting the confidence of a category leader.
We anchored the brand in ambition. The new voice is bold, imaginative, and authoritative. It speaks to its audience as leaders who want more—at every level of the organization. The result is a brand that invites professionals at every level to make an impact and seize opportunity.
